Therefore, some items may not be available in all colors or sizes.
If any of the products in your order require a longer delivery time or are temporarily out of stock, we will be sure to inform you.
Once your package has been shipped, please allow 2 to 5 business days for standard delivery within mainland France.
You also have the option of express or priority delivery within 24 hours (see Delivery Costs).
We are committed to doing our utmost to deliver as quickly as possible, no matter what. However, please allow an additional 2 days for Europe and an additional 4 days for French overseas departments and territories. This delivery time may be shorter depending on the order total and the variety of products you select. Conversely, delivery may take longer if there are supply issues or delivery delays.
If you have a delivery deadline (vacation, event, etc.), please let us know, and we will advise you on how to shorten our delivery time as much as possible.
To facilitate the receipt of your order, you can register a delivery address different from your billing address (home, office, client's address, etc.). Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email, your invoice, and the tracking number for your package. You can track your package via a link we will send you by email.
Packages will be shipped by La Poste, TNT, Chronopost, or Calberson for larger packages, and you can track them directly on our carriers' websites.
