(DTF ) textile printing uses pigmented inks and a hot-melt powder to transfer designs onto fabric using a heat press (130–160°C). UV DTF uses ultraviolet-cured inks to create a permanent adhesive sticker on A+B film, which can be cold-applied to any smooth, rigid surface. No heat press is required for UV DTF application.

Cured UV inks offer excellent resistance to UV rays, scratches, and moisture. On smooth, rigid surfaces (metal, glass, plastic), the durability far surpasses that of simple printing. The ultra-gloss finish remains intact over time. For objects subjected to high mechanical stress, an additional protective varnish is recommended.
