Regardless of the option you choose, you will have a minimum one-year warranty, which includes repairs, replacement of defective parts, and labor. Furthermore, we cover the cost of shipping the machine back to you.

The Bronze warranty

is automatically included when you purchase a machine from our website. It lasts for one year and includes replacement of defective parts and labor.
We cover the cost of shipping the machine back to you.

Depending on the brand, the Bronze warranty includes:

Silver Warranty

: Choose the Créadhésif Silver Warranty for added peace of mind! With this option, you'll benefit from a one-year warranty extension in case your machine malfunctions. This includes repairs, meaning the replacement of defective parts and labor.Return shipping of the machine is at our expense.
However, this warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the machine to our facilities. Therefore, shipping your equipment, in its original packaging, to Créadhésif is your responsibility.

Gold Warranty*

Enjoy peace of mind with the Créadhésif Gold Guarantee! During the warranty period, Créadhésif will lend you a machine while yours is being repaired, so you can continue your business without worry.
This option also provides an extended warranty in case your machine malfunctions. Your equipment will be guaranteed for up to two years.
This includes the repair, meaning the replacement of defective parts and labor.

Shipping and return shipping of the machine are at our expense**, regardless of the costs. The guarantee covers the cost of sending the machine to our facilities. Therefore, shipping your equipment, in its original packaging, to Créadhésif is free, as is its return to you.
