Gold Guarantee

Enjoy peace of mind with the Créadhésif Gold Guarantee!

This option provides an extended warranty in case your machine malfunctions. Your equipment will be guaranteed for two years.

This includes repairs, meaning the replacement of defective parts and labor.

During the warranty period, Créadhésif will also lend you a machine while yours is being repaired, so you can continue your business without worry.

Shipping and return shipping of the machine are at our expense*, regardless of the costs. The guarantee covers the cost of sending the machine to our facilities. Therefore, shipping your equipment, in its original packaging, to Créadhésif is free, as is its return to you.

*Subject to the verified malfunction.
