We check:
- File type (.ai / .psd / .pdf / .tiff for DTF printing and .png for UV DTF printing)
- Transparent background
- Unwanted background
- Vectorized font
- Minimum line thickness (0.6 mm or 1.75 pt)
- Color mode (CMYK for DTF printing and RGB for UV DTF printing)
- Printable area (at the dimensions of the chosen sheet)
- Normal mode (not mirrored)
Processing time: 4 hours (business days only)
Before sending your file, please consult the File Preparation Guide, available for free download at the bottom of this page. Your file will not be edited.
Transparency : Transparency effects, drop shadows, or gradients do not work with DTF transfers. Please remove these effects as they will not transfer correctly.
Details and small print : Lettering less than 6mm high may not print correctly and will likely not transfer to the garment. Similarly, fine details may not adhere during the transfer. Colors: We cannot guarantee the color accuracy of your artwork. What you see on screen may not be what is printed.
Resolution : Illustrations must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for optimal print quality. Lower-quality images will not print correctly. The printing process requires a high-quality image to produce a crisp, clean print. Check the quality of your edges and be mindful of pixelated images.
