To easily find your order, here are a few precautions to follow when filling out the form:
- In the First Name and Last Name fields : enter the name of your administration (e.g., First Name: Town Hall of - Last Name: Lorem Ipsum)
- In the Email Address field : enter the email address of the person who should receive order confirmations
- In the Company field : enter the name of the contact person
Then click on "Submit"
Select the items and add them to your cart.
Then click on "Cart" in the upper right corner to view the list of products added to your cart.
Choose your billing and shipping addresses. If you would like delivery to a different address, click on "Deliver to another address".
Choose your delivery method : 2-3 day delivery with or without insurance / Express delivery / In-store pickup.
Choose your payment method : select "Bank transfer" for payment by administrative order.
Confirm your order : You will receive a confirmation email shortly, including your order reference number.
To confirm your order placed on our website, please send us your order form on your company letterhead, indicating your order reference. This order form must be stamped and signed.

Your order will be processed upon receipt of your stamped and signed order form. This order form commits your administration to paying the order amount within a maximum of 30 days.
The products will be shipped to the address indicated on your order form. Please ensure that the address you provide and the name on the order form are correct.
You will receive your invoice directly by email upon receipt of your order form. In addition, a letter will be sent to you containing the invoice, our bank details (RIB), and your order form.
