Characteristics of the file to be sent
• File type: Your image must be saved in .pdf or .tiff. • Transparent background (Important) • Fully vectorized font • Minimum line thickness: 0.6mm (1.75pt) • Color mode: CMYK only • Printable area: 28 x 42 cm • Your file must not be mirrored • Transfer delivered on a 60cm roll or in 28 x 42 cm format (optional) • From 2 to 50 sheets of 28 x 42 cm
IMPORTANT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER • No file change requests will be accepted after order confirmation . • Your file will not be retouched. • For any order placed after 11:00 AM, an additional day for printing will be required. • If the file submitted with the order does not meet the necessary specifications, the new processing time will be calculated upon receipt of the revised file. • Please select the same processing time for each order. Otherwise, the longest delivery time will be applied to the entire order. Multi -page files are not included: the selected quantity is for a single file (one sheet) in the chosen format. If you require different sheet designs, you must add multiple items to your cart.

pressing conditions
Before transferring your design, we recommend pressing your fabric alone with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to remove moisture and flatten the surface. Cotton fabrics : 160°C for 12 seconds - Medium pressure - Cold peel. Polyester fabrics : 130°C for 20 seconds - Medium pressure - Cold peel. To prevent color bleeding from sublimation printing on polyester fabrics, do not exceed 130°C. Créadhesif tip : Once peeled, you can re-press your transfer for 5 to 10 seconds with a finishing sheet or Teflon paper to improve its durability.
For large production runs, we recommend conducting tests based on the material and quality of your fabrics.
Understanding our processing times
Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the following day.
For example: for orders placed before 11:00 AM, if you choose a 6-hour processing time, your order will be printed the same day and ready to be shipped or picked up in store the following afternoon (excluding weekends and public holidays). For orders placed after 11:00 AM, if you choose a 6-hour processing time, your order will be printed the same day and ready to be shipped or picked up in store the following day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that printing time is not the same as delivery method: If you select a 6-hour printing time and priority delivery, your order will be printed the same day as selected, and delivery will be made according to the chosen delivery method.
Clothing care
Once the transfer is complete, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours before washing. Machine wash on a low temperature, delicate cycle. To dry, you can hang your garment to air dry or tumble dry it on a low heat setting, making sure to turn it inside out to prolong the life of your design.

Optimal pressing conditions
Before transferring your image, it is essential to prepare your fabric:
Pre-pressing : Place a sheet of Teflon or parchment paper on the fabric and press for a few seconds to remove moisture and smooth the surface.
cotton textiles :
Temperature: 160°C
Duration: 12 seconds
Pressure: medium
Peeling: cold
Polyester textiles :
Temperature: 130°C (do not exceed to avoid sublimated color bleeding)
Duration: 20 seconds

Transparency : Transparency effects, drop shadows, or gradients do not work with DTF transfers. Please remove these effects as they will not transfer correctly.
Details and small print : Lettering less than 6mm high may not print correctly and will likely not transfer to the garment. Similarly, fine details may not adhere during the transfer.
Colors : We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors in your images. What you see on screen will therefore not necessarily be what will be printed.
Resolution : Illustrations must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for optimal print quality. Lower-quality images will not print correctly. The printing process requires a high-quality image to produce a crisp, clean print. Check the quality of your edges and be mindful of pixelated images.
