This is an automatic press carousel: the device is designed to perform thermal transfers — practical for textile flocking, marking, DTF or other image/text transfer applications onto textiles or substrates.

It is equipped with 3 completely independent heated platforms (three separate workable zones simultaneously), which increases productivity and flexibility.

Thanks to its servo motor, the transfer plates can rotate in both directions, which facilitates the work cycle, optimizes the rate and improves user comfort.

The three heads have individual control of temperature, pressing time, and pressure — allowing different types of media or jobs to be processed in parallel as needed.

The trays are equipped with a removable Teflon sheet + a base with 10 mm silicone rubber to ensure good contact and even pressure distribution — important for transfer quality.

There are safety photocells and an emergency stop button on each head: a real plus in terms of operator safety.

You can also swap the lower tray for different sized plates — ideal if you have requests for various formats.
