You want to perform digital screen printing transfers and work with four-color process visuals. For perfect color reproduction and reduced cost: Choose Digipeel HD.
This 100 micron cold-laminated, matte-coated polyester film for screen printing transfers offers excellent dimensional stability and a perfect matte finish suitable for laser printing with Oki, Xerox or Ricoh printers.
After printing your image using your laser printer, all you need to do is apply a layer of hot-melt screen printing ink (using powder or glue). You can use water-based or Plastisol inks for the screen printing undercoat.

Step 1. Print your image in reverse using your laser printer onto our Digipeel HD transfer film. There's no need to dry the film after printing.
Step 2. Print a white undercoat, leaving an extra 0.5 mm margin beyond the intended print size. Apply the powder and wipe your paper to remove any excess.
Step 3. Pass the paper through the drying tunnel at 130 degrees Celsius for 30 seconds and then protect your paper while waiting to print to prevent impurities from sticking to it.

- Water-based inks: Press at 130-160 degrees Celsius for 6 to 12 seconds with light pressure. Peel when cool or warm. - Plastisol inks: Press at 100-130 degrees Celsius for 6 to 12 seconds with medium pressure. Peel when cool or
