Epson I3200-U1 Replacement Printhead for DTF UV Printer - Object Marking
If you notice a loss of print quality, it could be a sign that your printhead needs replacing. Unfortunately, it could also be a sign that your printhead needs cleaning.
How do we know what is needed?
First, clean the printhead. Your printing system might simply be clogged and need a thorough cleaning. Try using the printer's utilities first, such as nozzle cleaning and printhead alignment. Run one or two cleaning cycles to remove any dried ink. If you've done this and still don't see any improvement, the next step is to perform a manual printhead cleaning. These two steps should resolve most printhead issues, but if they don't, it's probably time to replace your printhead.

Thanks to its unique micro-piezoelectric printing technology, which controls the deformation of the piezoelectric crystal, ink droplet size is precisely controlled, ensuring excellent printing accuracy. The smallest ink droplets can reach 3.5 pl. In the inkjet process, the print head does not require heating, so the ink's chemical composition remains unchanged, allowing the unique nozzle to maintain high-frequency stability during operation. The ejection frequency of the micro-piezoelectric nozzle is higher than that of a thermal foam nozzle. This high frequency directly increases the overall printing speed.
