If you suddenly need to increase the cutting force to cut the material you normally cut, the blade is worn and should be replaced promptly. If you use your cutting plotter regularly and frequently, we recommend changing the blade approximately every six months.

Large cutting area for full multimedia use
All FC9000 models have a minimum cutting width of 50 mm, the maximum cutting width is determined by the width of the machine you choose.
Automatic panel
To prevent skewing during long-length cutting, the automatic paneling function divides long jobs into smaller pages, which are then cut sequentially. This shortens the media feed length and allows for more stable cutting through the machine. It is the ideal solution for cutting jobs that may be longer than the machine's guaranteed long-length tracking capacity.
User-friendly integrated control panel
Save 2 user settings with 8 condition parameters for each user. A quick access key allows you to switch quickly between users. A cutter can be shared by multiple users or used for multiple purposes.

Top-tier capabilities
The FC9000 supports long-distance tracking up to 15 m as standard. For the wider 140 or 160 cm models, there is now an optional automatic receiving roller that can be added to the plotter before purchase. This receiving roller increases tracking accuracy up to 20 m.
Data output via USB flash drive without a PC
When cutting data designed with Graphtec Pro Studio and sent with Cutting Master 4 is saved to a USB flash drive, it can be output directly to the cutting plotter by plugging the USB key directly into the plotter, meaning the machine can be used without the need for a computer.
Graphtec FC9000 Series: ARMS 8.0 For Print & Cut
The FC9000 is equipped with the latest ARMS (Advanced Registration Mark Sensing) 8.0 system, enabling easy and highly accurate printing and cutting applications for pre-printed media. This system allows you to cut around pre-printed designs to create labels and adhesive stickers, or die-cut/perforated cards to create packaging samples from cards.
New data linking function (barcode data management for continuous cutting)
By reading the original Graphtec barcode, the FC9000 automatically detects the associated data from the PC or USB flash drive. This function is available regardless of the printer or RIP software used.
Continuous cutting
Barcode data management allows for sequential segmentation of different data types by detecting the "Start Mark" of each new barcode type. Sequential print and click (P&C) processing with roll media is now available.
Supports colored brands and special media
The FC9000 supports a wide range of media types, including holographic paper and reflective sheets. This has been made possible thanks to the machines' enhanced ARMS 8.0 sensor algorithm.
Supports Adobe Illustrator "Crop Marks".
Using the Cutting Master 4 plug-in software, Adobe Illustrator cutting marks will be available.
(XY) segment area compensation
This function has been implemented in addition to the existing X-axis direction segment zone compensation. The median mark is now available not only for X-axis alignment but also for Y-axis alignment.
