Want to personalize all your favorite products with minimal equipment? These heat-shrink films are perfect for you!
They allow you to enhance any 3D item with a polyester coating (mugs, bowls, thermoses, etc.). They're incredibly easy to use: simply attach your design to your item with high-temperature tape, slide it into the film, and place it in a conventional or 3D oven... and you're done!
You can personalize any object you choose without a heat press! This is a true revolution, as these films make personalization accessible and easy. Discover the 6 available sizes to customize a wide range of sublimable items: 9 x 15 cm, 12.5 x 19 cm, 16 x 19 cm, 15 x 25 cm, 17 x 28 cm, and 22 x 27 cm. Choosing these films saves you time, space, and money!
Créadhésif tip: to improve the adhesion of the image to certain surfaces, you can use a heat gun before placing your object in the oven (your mug must be inserted in the bag beforehand).
Note: Heating time varies depending on the materials used and the number of sublimated items being processed simultaneously in a conventional oven. If you are using a 3D oven, the time remains the same regardless of the number of items being sublimated at the same time. The recommended temperature is 185 degrees Celsius. As a guideline, we recommend the following heating times in a conventional oven:
- 0 to 5 mugs / ceramic: 15 min - 5 to 10 mugs / ceramic: 18 min - 0 to 5 thermoses / metal: 10 min - 5 to 10 thermoses / metal: 13 min
Instructions:
1. Position your graphic on your substrate using high-temperature tape.
2. Place your substrate in the heat-shrink film and compress the film around the product.
3. Use a heat gun if you wish to optimize the adhesion of your graphic to the substrate (optional step).
4. Place your substrate in a conventional oven or a 3D oven at 185°C (365°F). The heating time varies depending on the material and quantity (see instructions above in the product sheet).
5. Once the time has elapsed, remove your substrate from the oven and immediately peel off the heat-shrink film while still hot.
