With this flex material, a simple color laser printer is all you need to personalize dark textiles !
You can now offer your customers unique branding with stunning, intricate, multi-colored, and durable graphics on dark fabrics. No need for expensive printers anymore; printable flex printing is now accessible to everyone!
Easy to use, Laser'Print Dark eliminates limitations in color and detail. This white, 90-micron-thick flex material is compatible with most laser printers. We particularly recommend OKI printers , which deliver excellent results.
This heat-transfer vinyl can be used on cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends, and nylon (subject to testing). Laser'Print Clear film is machine washable up to 40°C and does not wrinkle.
This eco-friendly printable flex material is made from a water-based formula and contains no solvents or PVC. It is composed solely of European raw materials to minimize the product's carbon footprint.

Printing conditions:
OKI C823: User type 1: card stock - Heavy Paper
OKI (WT) C8432: User Type 1: transparent
Using it is very simple:
- Print your photos or text directly from your computer onto your color laser printer ( do not print in mirror mode !)
- Ensure the paper is as flat as possible (use a multi-function manual input and output tray)
- Choose heavy paper (approximately 250 g/m²)
- Use your printer's sheet-fed mode (not the paper tray), specifying that it is heavy paper.
- Then cut out your image. A cutting plotter with a registration system is recommended for precise cutting.
- Weed your image easily and accurately.
- Apply the Laser'Print transfer film to your image and smooth it down with a squeegee.
- Separate the transfer film and the image from its polyester backing.
- Position your design printed side down and protect it with a finishing sheet: silicone paper, baking paper, or Teflon sheet.
- Heat press at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 seconds with firm pressure and wait a few moments before removing the cool transfer film.
- Heat press again at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 seconds with a protective sheet to ensure the film fully penetrates the fabric and prolongs the life of the design.
Technical Specifications:
Heat-sealable polyurethane thickness: 90 microns.
Carefully follow the instructions specified on the garment.
After pressing, wait 24 hours before the first wash.
Washing: 40°C max. inside out, do not use harsh products (bleach, etc.).
Dry cleaning: no.
Ironing: inside out.
Store our products in a dry, temperate location away from direct sunlight.
