The innovative design of Keencut's Simplex cutters offers unparalleled precision for all your cutting jobs in large-format materials up to 3 meters wide. Simplex guarantees a linearity of 1.00 mm or 1:3000 along its entire length and is a superior alternative to the Javelin for users requiring less precision.

The Simplex is the ideal tool for cutting PVC foam board, vinyl, woven fabrics, foam core board, corrugated and honeycomb plastics, films, paper, fabrics, and many other flexible or rigid materials.
If you need to cut an extra-wide format, the unique and robust profile of the Keencut MAX ensures a clean and precise cut of materials up to 5 meters wide. Available in four sizes from 3.5 meters, Keencut's exclusive MAX cutter is the only tool that allows for precise cutting of large format display materials up to 5 meters wide and guarantees linearity up to 2.0 mm (1:2500) over the entire length.

The Keencut Simplex and MAX cutters can both be used on their own or on a workbench using the optional, surface-mounted Keencut Lift & Hold system. Combined with the Keencut Big Bench, you get a complete cutting table and workstation for your workshop.

All Keencut cutting bars use universal knife blades with adjustable blade depth and a spring-loaded blade ejection system as standard.
The universal blades offer a cutting depth of up to 10 mm, while Keencut XR blades have a cutting depth of up to 13 mm. The patented linear bearings have been load-tested over a distance of 1600 km and come with a 20-year warranty. Full-length silicone grip strips securely hold the material being cut while protecting its surface.
