A new revolution in product marking, this technique allows you to personalize a wide range of rigid materials: metal, wood, PVC, ceramic, glass, cardboard, and more. If you wish to personalize glasses, mugs, or any other dishwasher-safe items, we recommend hand washing. Otherwise, the transfer may peel off.

Characteristics of the file to be sent
• File type: Your image must be saved in .png. • Transparent background (Important) • Fully vectorized font • Minimum line thickness: 0.6 mm (1.75 pt) • Color mode: RGB only • Printable area: 550 x 1000 mm • Your file must not be mirrored • Transfer delivered on a 60 cm roll or in 550 x 1000 mm format (optional) • From 1 sheet 55 x 100 cm to more than 125 sheets.

Installation conditions
DTF UV transfers can be easily applied to flat, smooth, or slightly curved surfaces. To apply our transfers, use scissors to roughly cut out the outline of your design. Peel off the two backing films and apply your design to your object. After a few seconds, remove the clear liner, and you're done! DTF UV transfers cannot be applied to skin or fabrics. Applying them to paper is not recommended because the liner is sticky and could tear your paper.
Understanding our processing times
Orders placed before 1:30 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:30 PM will be processed the following day. For example: for orders placed before 1:30 PM, if you choose a 24-hour processing time, your order will be printed and shipped the next day (J+1, excluding weekends and holidays). For orders placed after 1:30 PM, if you choose a 24-hour processing time, your order will be printed and shipped two days later (J+2, excluding weekends and holidays).

DTV UV transfers are permanent stickers and are not intended to be removed. However, you can try to remove them using a scraper (windows and mirrors), alcohol (car bodywork), or manually by scraping with your fingernail.

IMPORTANT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER • No file change requests will be accepted after order confirmation . • Your file will not be retouched. • For any order placed after 1:30 PM, an additional day for printing will be required. • If the file submitted with the order does not meet the necessary specifications, the new processing time will be calculated upon receipt of the revised file. • Please select the same processing time for each order. Otherwise, the longest delivery time will be applied to the entire order. Multi -page files are not included: the selected quantity is for a single file (one sheet) in the chosen format. If you require different sheet designs, you must add multiple items to your cart.

UV DTF (Ultraviolet DTF) transfer sheet printing refers to a new printing method that uses ultraviolet curing technology to create permanent stickers on films. Our UV DTF transfers can then be applied to hard, flat objects simply by pressing them down with your fingers and then peeling off the backing.
The colors of the DTF UV transfer are bright and vivid, and do not fade over time.
DTF UV transfer is very versatile due to the many surfaces it can adhere to: metal, leather, wood, paper, plastic, ceramic, glass, etc. It can even be transferred onto irregular and curved surfaces. It is also highly resistant to water, heat, and scratches.
Material thickness: 0.13 mm Liner/material/lamination thickness: 0.39 mm
Transparency : Transparency effects, drop shadows, or gradients do not work with DTF UV transfer. Please remove these effects as they will not transfer correctly.
Details and small print : Lettering less than 6mm high may not print correctly and will likely not transfer to the garment. Similarly, fine details may not adhere during the transfer.
Colors : We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors in your images. What you see on screen will therefore not necessarily be what will be printed.
Resolution : Illustrations must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for optimal print quality. Lower-quality images will not print correctly. The printing process requires a high-quality image to produce a crisp, clean print. Check the quality of your edges and be mindful of pixelated images.
