RICOH RI1000 Pre-Treatment Liquid

This product allows you to apply a polyester coating to all your textiles for direct printing and customization! We recommend using a low-pressure spray gun for even and optimal application. 
The pre-treatment liquid seals the textile fibers, preventing ink from penetrating the weave. This results in better color reproduction and long-lasting wash resistance. 

Ready to use, it is recommended to shake the product well before use. 

Instructions:
• Dilute one part of the pretreatment with one part distilled water to obtain a less concentrated solution (50/50 recommended)
. • Apply to the intended printing area
. • Use a squeegee to spread the pretreatment evenly over the fabric.
• Allow to air dry or dry using your heat press for approximately 30 seconds. 

Precautions:
• When applying the pretreatment to the garment, ensure it is applied as evenly as possible.
• Spray the pretreatment from 20-30 cm away from the fabric while maintaining pressure. 
• The amount of application will vary depending on the weight and quality of the garment being printed.
• The heavier the garment, the greater the amount of pretreatment required.

Note:  Pre-treated textiles can be prepared in advance and used for printing within the following month. However, it is essential to protect your pre-treated textiles from moisture. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
