Rotex Air Pro pneumatic press
The Sefa Rotex Air Pro is a pneumatic heat press with side-release technology. The heated platen automatically raises and lowers, requiring no effort.
Among its features are a smart LCD timer with the ability to create five programs, and a welded steel frame with a bearing-mounted cylinder for exceptional build quality.
As with all Sefa presses, heat is distributed evenly.
To best assist you, the Rotex Air Pro emits a sound signal if the temperature is incorrect and, because it knows how to remain discreet, it automatically goes into standby mode, thus limiting your consumption.

Use
During the pressing phase, the platen is automatically closed using a compressor. At the end of the time delay, it automatically retracts.
The advantages are twofold:
Ease of use : The press's closing mechanism is automated and therefore effortless.
Increased productivity thanks to automatic lifting and timer activation.
Display
The digital display control board is designed for ease of use while incorporating PID technology.
The PID technology used allows for heating quality comparable to industrial models.
Use
The platen closes automatically. When the timer counts down, the press unlocks the platen, and the operator can then retrieve the transferred media.
To optimize your production, you can purchase a translation carriage for concealed operation, as well as the 4-plate kit.
Mechanical
The equipment is developed and manufactured by SEFA® in its workshops. The mechanical components have been tested
and proven to ensure durability and ease of use.
The heated plate is effortlessly removed thanks to the ball bearing. The heated plate is assisted by a compressor for retraction (reducing effort for the operator).
Warming plate
The heating plate that equips our presses has a heating element whose heating circuit has been designed to ensure uniform heat distribution.
Guarantee
The components used by SEFA® have undergone rigorous testing and inspection to ensure that machines manufactured in our workshops receive a 3-year parts and labor warranty. The heating plate is guaranteed for 10 years.
