Discover the latest printer specifically designed for sublimation: the Virtuoso SG1000, dedicated to high-definition personalization on objects and textiles. You can quickly and easily personalize any polyester item or item with a sublimable coating: polyester t-shirts, mugs, mouse pads, magnets, etc., found in the "Sublimation Items" category.

More efficient, economical, and responsive than the previous SG800 models, it also benefits from a larger display and faster printing speeds. Thanks to its new SublijetUHD Deep Black, you can create even more precise and professional designs in 29.7 x 42 cm format. The Sawgrass inks supplied with this printer are Oeko-Tex certified, REACH compliant, and recyclable with plastic packaging.

To preserve your printer and avoid any risk of technical problems, we recommend printing at least once a week and leaving your printer in standby mode so that the nozzle cleaning can be performed automatically and daily.

When installing your printer, note the Product ID and Firmware version; you will need them when registering your printer.

Sawgrass strongly advises against using ink cartridges other than Sawgrass's own in your Sawgrass SG500/1000 printer.

The reason is that these ink cartridges are not designed for this printer and have an unknown origin. Therefore, Sawgrass cannot guarantee the quality of this ink, which leads to color problems and can also cause nozzle failure or other serious printhead errors.

Due to the potential problems listed above, using ink cartridges other than those from Sawgrass will void the printer warranty and render it null and void.
