Discover Secabo's first balloon press: the TCB SMART. This heat press allows you to easily personalize various sizes and shapes of sports balls thanks to its interchangeable platens. You can create designs on footballs, volleyballs, rugby balls, or basketballs. Transferring logos, sponsors, and player names onto leather balls is child's play with the TCB SMART. This press can be used on most balls using various techniques: sublimation, flocking, screen printing, laser transfer, and more.
The press adjusts to your desired height and pressure using two small dials. The platen is specially designed to accommodate balls of all shapes and sizes. The automatic opening of the press provides ease of use and prevents excessively long pressing times. The TCB SMART features a digital display for temperature and time control. You can also control your heat press remotely via Bluetooth using the Secabo app on your smartphone to adjust the temperature, time, and display the remaining time. Ergonomic and robust, it will fit perfectly in a workshop or shop while taking up minimal space.
Note: All balls can be pressed at a temperature of 113°C for 8 seconds. The low temperature is important to avoid damaging the ball's leather. It is recommended to use transfers no larger than 5 cm x 8 cm to ensure they adhere correctly to the ball's contours.
