Designed for quick, precise, and consistent eyelet placement on your tarpaulins, banners, and printed materials. Compact and lightweight at only 10 kg, it cuts and places eyelets in a single operation, without pre-cutting the material.
Compatible with different eyelet sizes:
Transparent eyelets: Ø8, Ø9.5, Ø12 and Ø16 mm
Metal eyelets: Ø9.5, Ø11.5 mm
It accepts materials up to 10 mm thick and has a safety system for reliable use.

The PLASTGrommet Queen is a pneumatic machine designed for finishing PVC banners and printing jobs. It allows for quick and consistent grommet installation, while reducing production time.
Thanks to its pneumatic operation and safety system, it allows for efficient work on tarpaulins of various sizes. The machine has a guard that prevents the eyelet from being inserted when an object, such as the operator's finger, is under the die.
The Queen is designed to facilitate the installation of eyelets on tarpaulins. Its pneumatic operation allows for effortless installation and maintains a constant setting throughout production.
The machine is also self-punching : it performs the drilling of the support when the eyelet is being installed, thus simplifying the finishing process.
The PLASTGrommet Queen operates with a push-button control, allowing the laying cycle to be easily triggered.
The Queen is specifically designed for PVC tarpaulins and is not intended for attaching eyelets to fabrics.

Weighing only 10 kg and measuring 14 × 22 × 36.2 cm, the Queen is easily transportable and can fit into various working environments.
It operates withcompressed air at 6 bar and consumes between 4.8 and 5.8 liters per cycle. No assembly is required: simply connect the air hose to begin using it.
Thanks to its robust design and ease of use, the Queen is suitable for workshops with high production volumes. Its light weight also allows it to be easily moved as needed.
