Printable polyurethane film for solvent and eco-solvent printers.
This very thin, lightweight, opaque printable flex with a matte finish enhances both light and dark garments.
The highly elastic and soft Premium CAD Color flex will showcase your finest creations. Featuring the unique StiX² technology, it adheres to all types of fabrics. You can therefore create your designs on a wide variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, elastane, and nylon. However, be careful with nylon materials, as it is essential to perform tests on them. The characteristics of nylon can vary depending on its color, finish, etc.

We recommend using it on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, blended fabrics (polyester/cotton), Lycra/elastane, most nylons, and other similar materials.

Application Instructions:
1) Printing and Cutting
- Prepare the design for printing in positive format, following your printer's operating instructions (do not print in mirror image!). Check the printing and drying temperatures of the inks. Use the appropriate print profile (for example, on Roland printers, select Colorip or Versawork, then the TTRH, textile profile).
- Cut immediately after printing your design.
2) Heat Transfer
- Weed any excess material.
- Place the application tape onto your design, ensuring all air bubbles are removed. Peel back the backing film to reveal the adhesive side.
- Pre-press your garment for 3 to 5 seconds at 150°C to remove any creases or moisture.
- Position and press the design onto the fabric (previously protected with a Teflon sheet) at 150°C for 5 seconds at medium pressure.
- Peel off while still hot.
- Press again for 5 seconds.
Care instructions:
Carefully follow the instructions on the garment.
After pressing, wait 24 hours before the first wash.
Wash at a maximum of 40°C inside out. Do not use harsh products (bleach, etc.).
Dry cleaning: no.
Ironing: inside out.
Roll storage: maximum one year, upright, in a dry place, 15-25°C, protected from light.
