Cleaner Pro is a highly effective biochemical cleaner developed for the pretreatment of surfaces to which adhesive films will be applied. The latest glass coatings and lacquering systems have the highest requirements for surface cleaners to guarantee optimal adhesion between the surface and the adhesive. All surfaces should be considered dirty and/or contaminated. Unwanted waxes and silicone particles, although invisible to the naked eye, can completely impair adhesion. Full vehicle wraps place significant demands on adhesive films, which is why it is essential to dedicate considerable time and attention to the surface preparation phase. Therefore, we recommend using Surface Cleaner Pro for thorough cleaning before each application.
The following steps are highly recommended:
1. For example, in the case of a surface visibly contaminated by dust and dirt: clean the surface with soapy water without enzymes or with a glass cleaner. Then dry the cleaned surface.
2. Soak a cloth (the least lint-free possible) with Surface Cleaner Pro.
3. Clean the entire surface with Surface Cleaner Pro, then dry immediately with a dry cloth. This surface cleaner may not dry if you do not rub it in manually. With Surface Cleaner Pro, any loosened dirt must be completely removed with a clean cloth. It is strongly recommended to change the cleaning cloth several times.
4. Apply the self-adhesive film without delay.
5. If wet bonding is recommended, please use Magic Apply application fluid. We strongly advise against adding detergents to the water, as the "creamy" or perfumed additives they contain in large quantities will negate the results of the previously thorough cleaning.
Surface Cleaner Pro is designed so that it does not need to be classified as environmentally harmful. Hazard and safety instructions can be found in section 15 of the safety data sheet. We STRONGLY advise against adding any rinsing agent to the water, as these products contain cream or perfume additives that would negate all surface preparation.
