Discover the TEXICOLL BT water-based adhesive from Amex transfer Low Temperature on textiles.
It can be used on silicone or polyester paper , or with mylar and flock finishing sheets. It is suitable for 100% cotton textiles or cottons with synthetic fibers.

Créadhésif Tip: To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to carefully adjust the screen's contact with the substrate and the squeegee pressure. Before finalizing a production run with one of your clients, we advise you to conduct tests to validate the outcome.
Application:
Use with Texprint water-based inks for screen printing transfers, applying mylar and flock.
Suitable for 100% cotton textiles or cotton blends with synthetic fibers.
Preparation:
Ready to use. We recommend not using any additives or thinners.
To increase the brightness of the transfer on dark fabrics, we suggest adding 2% TEXPRINT White Color.*
To improve the wash resistance of your transfer, we advise adding 5 to 10% Texprint Extra Catalyst.
Printing:
For best results, use screens with a maximum thread count of 34/43 threads/cm.
We recommend using screens with a low thread count to ensure a significant TEXICOLL deposit on the transfer surface. This guarantees maximum adhesive surface area for optimal transfer adhesion during application.
In the case of producing multicolour screen printing transfer sheets, you must first apply your water-based inks one after the other, allowing each colour to dry (60°C-70°C for 60 to 90 seconds), apply a white base coat if applying to dark fabric (60°C-70°C for 60 to 90 seconds), then finish by applying your layer of adhesive glue (60°C-70°C for 60 to 90 seconds).
We suggest using Amex SCREEN SOL QT BLU and SCREEN SOL GK BLU emulsions.
These inks are not suitable for wet-on-wet printing.
Drying:
For high wash resistance, place in an oven at 70-80°C for 2 minutes.
Cleaning:
Clean your tools with water.
Transfer application:
Apply the transfer at 80°C for 15 to 18 seconds with high pressure (4 bar).
Peel off the finishing sheet only after pressing, once cool.
Before confirming a production order with one of your clients, we advise you to carry out tests to validate the product according to your needs.
