UltraChrome DG2 Ink for Epson SC-F1000 - 250ml pouch - Magenta

Epson UltraChrome DG2 ink was developed for DTF (Direct-to-Textile) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printers. Its improved formulation allows for use on a wide range of substrates. It also offers better color rendition and enhanced definition. The ink adheres best to fabrics with a high cotton content. It works on a variety of natural, synthetic, and blended fiber fabrics; however, results may vary. It tends not to adhere well to finely woven fabrics, fabrics with an extremely smooth finish, or fabrics treated with a water repellent, but results may improve when switching to DTF printing. DTF results will also vary depending on the choice of fabric, film, and toner. In all cases, customers are strongly advised to conduct print durability and wash tests before starting production on new fabric types or using a new workflow.

Epson's DG2 ink features a diethyl glycol-free formulation to ensure a safer working environment for operators. When applied to fabric, the garments meet the requirements of the Oeko-Tex Eco Passport standard for safe use by adults, children, and babies up to 36 months.

The ink is shipped in easy-to-load and replace pouches. The pouches must be used by the date specified on the packaging and, once opened, consumed within one year. For best results, it is recommended to remove them daily and shake them vigorously before reinserting. To ensure reliable operation, Epson DTG printers perform continuous automatic cleaning and ink recirculation.
