The patented VersiFlex decoration system is based on a unique technology including the use of an expander, an innovative intermediate layer that allows printed visuals to be transferred onto a wide variety of materials, such as natural fabrics (including cotton), raw wood or even multi-layered supports — all with a simple, fast and affordable process.

Sawgrass's Versiflex is an innovative heat transfer technology designed for the personalization of textiles and objects .
This innovative new technique offers numerous advantages, such as:

- Ease of use
- Exceptional wash resistance, lasting up to 30 washes
The VersiFlex is pressed for 30 seconds at 190 degrees Celsius, with 4 bar of pressure for the heat press. You must perform the hot peeling immediately after pressing.
If you are pressing onto cotton, perform the transfer immediately after printing your VersiFlex design while the ink is still wet. We recommend preheating your heat press before printing your image to ensure optimal results.
