is Sawgrass's Versiflex an innovative heat transfer technology designed for personalizing textiles and objects. This method combines the simplicity of heat transfer vinyl with the print quality of sublimation, offering a versatile solution for marking professionals.
Our VersiFlex sheets offer a self-cutting transfer that can be applied when the paper and ink are wet! Be careful not to overlap your sheets if you are printing in series to prevent the ink from bleeding.
This innovative new technique offers numerous advantages, such as:
- Versatility on various surfaces
- Ease of use
- Exceptional wash resistance, lasting up to 30 washes
The VersiFlex is pressed for 30 seconds at 190 degrees Celsius, with 4 bar of pressure for the heat press. You must perform the hot peeling immediately after pressing.
If you are pressing onto cotton, perform the transfer immediately after printing your VersiFlex design while the ink is still wet. We recommend preheating your heat press before printing your image to ensure optimal results.
