2.5 kg of transfer powder - 0 to 80 microns
This transfer powder is used for your screen printing transfers. The fine powder is used mixed directly with your ink at a ratio of 10 to 15%, depending on the viscosity of your ink.
After baking your transfer at 100°C for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, the powder will melt into the ink. Finally, during the transfer using a heat press, the hot-melt powder is reactivated, allowing the ink to adhere to your fabric.
1/ Create these frames using a mirrored image.
2/ Print the colors onto silicone paper, reversing the direction of direct printing onto fabric, and finish with a white underlayer. Allow the inks to dry quickly between prints.
3/ Once all the colors are layered, apply the powder-based ink as the final layer.
4/ Bake your transfer at 100°C for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Your transfer is ready!
This technique is ideal when you want to store and preserve your transfer prints for on-demand printing on textiles.
The powder can be stored in a dry place for a period of 2 years.
This powder gives your transfer excellent wash resistance (up to 90°C).
Créadhésif Tip: Press your transfer at 160°C-180°C for 10 to 15 seconds. Peel off when cold.
