What is Digi-Coat?

Digi-Coat products come in aerosol form and are very easy to use. They are designed and manufactured under license in the UK.
These coating solutions allow you to sublimate basic, commercially available materials. You can apply this coating to surfaces such as wood, glass, stone, ceramic, etc., as long as the material can withstand the heat of the heat press and a certain amount of pressure. It is also possible to apply a white coating to a surface that is originally dark. For some delicate materials, you can also use heat-shrinkable bags to personalize your items using a standard oven.

Each Digicoat has its own support!

The Digi-Coat "adhesion pretreatment"
is necessary for all smooth surfaces. It will allow for better adhesion of the coating to the substrate.

Do you want to customize hard substrates with a smooth surface such as metal, glass or acrylic? Digi-Coat adhesion pretreatment is necessary first to allow the coating to bond effectively to the substrates.

Digi Coat Opaque White.
It will allow you to add a white base to dark surfaces.

It is used when working with dark-colored or opaque materials. This allows you to add a plain white background onto which the image will be transferred.

The transparent Digi-Coat
will allow you to make all white or light-colored hard surfaces sublimatable.

The Digi-Coat transparent coating allows for the application of a polymer layer to all rigid white or light-colored substrates. This layer enables sublimation inks to fuse with the substrate. Without this coating, the image cannot be transferred.

The Digi Coat transparent white.

This product is used for transparent surfaces such as glass or acrylic.

The translucent white Digi-Coat coating is used when working with transparent substrates such as glass or acrylic, where the image needs to be transferred to the back of the substrate, allowing light to pass through. It is applied as a second step, after the application of the transparent Digi-Coat sublimation coating. The image is then transferred through the white coating, so that when viewed from the correct side, the image has a white background.

Digi Coat UV protective coating

Digi Coat UV Protective Coating can be applied at the end of the sublimation process (after the image transfer) to add a protective layer against UV rays. Exposure to sunlight can cause image fading over time. Digi Coat UV Protective Coating reduces the effects of UV image fading.
Use it to protect your sublimation transfers from sunlight.
