15 ways to use DTF transfer on textiles

There are many ways to utilize your printer and its capabilities. This can allow you to expand your product range and, consequently, increase your revenue! Here are some excellent DTF printing ideas!

Clothing
? Yes, t-shirts. But we're mentioning this first to make sure you cover all the bases. Of course, t-shirts! This includes fabric blends, like 50/50 and even triple blends, as well as some of our favorites, 100% polyester t-shirts! And with that, of course, comes clothing in every color. You're not limited to printing on white only with DTF technology. Black clothing, bright colors, heathered colors—anything is possible!

Sleeves
: Printing on the sleeve is a great addition. When screen printing, you might not have the necessary sheets for sleeves, and this offers a great option to add this feature to your offering. Many customers today want a flag or logo printed on the sleeve, and this allows you to do just that. It also provides another use for your cap press.

Neck area:
Another great location on the t-shirt. One of the main reasons this is such a good deal is that you can press these transfers with your smaller press/cap press, just like you would for sleeves. So you've added two more printing locations and two more ways to increase your revenue.

Caps.
And since you have the cap press, of course, let's talk about caps. A wonderful addition to an order. We love caps with a foam front panel or a print on a side panel of any cap. You can even put a small logo on the mesh parts of the cap if you're feeling adventurous.

Shoes:
Here's something you might not have considered. You can press transfers onto the famous Chuck Taylor All Stars, aka the Converse canvas shoes! That said, there are also generic canvas shoes you can get that you can press onto the sides, or even the tongue.

Masks:
Like caps, masks are a great addition to a commission. At this point, you already have the artwork, so reduce its size and apply it to a mask.

Aprons:
Many restaurants and food establishments place orders with us, so now we have an easy way to offer them aprons. Even a small logo on an apron provides a higher level of professionalism and brand identity.

Baby bodysuits
are easy to press. They are perfect for clients who place regular orders but also want to display their business on their baby. They are also an excellent option for clients who have set up screen printing for adults but need a small number of pieces that they wouldn't otherwise be able to produce without starting from scratch.

Bandanas
have always been difficult to print. This offers you a foolproof method for printing them now. No more frustrations when printing or getting them to stay on your printing plates. Just press and you're done.

Safety vests
: Have you considered this? It's an excellent option for quickly customizing safety vests. An easy way to print a company logo on an essential piece of construction equipment.

Polyester:
Unlike most direct-to-garment printing machines and inks, you can print on 100% polyester! And if you use our CADlink software and machines, we even have a deep white mode to prevent bleed-through.

Names and Numbers:
Printing names and numbers can be a tedious process without the proper setup and materials. DTF printing eliminates the hassle. No more shortages of vinyl numbers, no more press setup, or no more ordering names.

Canvas bags
are an excellent medium for direct-to-film printing. The prints look particularly good on the traditional canvas color.

Denim material
! Jeans! Jackets, pants, whatever type of denim you have, you should try direct printing on film.

Labels
And finally, our favorite idea for DTF transfers: Neck label printing on your garments adds an extra touch of quality to the product and makes your t-shirts retail-ready. Plus, you can prepare several sheets of these labels in advance for next time. In just 60 seconds on the cutting table, you can have all your labels ready to be pressed for the entire order.

We hope to have sparked new ideas and product possibilities through these DTF transfer marking ideas.
