Doyou want to impress your clients with stunning, intricate, multi-colored, and durable graphics? ColorPrint PU Siser flex is for you!
With a thickness of 80 microns, this printable flex iscompatible with printers solvent and eco-solvent.
Easy to use, it allows you to create professional designs without being limited by colors or the level of detail in the visuals. Using it couldn't be simpler: print, cut, transfer the design onto your fabric, and then heat-peel it.
This flex can be used on untreated and unsublimated cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends, elastane and lycra.
This flex material complies with REACH standards and is Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 Class I certified. It is also certified for printing with HP Latex inks.
Créadhésif Tip: Before starting production, always perform a test to find the right balance between pressure, time, and heating temperature. For best results, we suggest storing the product away from sunlight and dust, in an upright position, and at temperatures between 18°C and 26°C.
Application tips :
1) Printing and cutting
- Prepare the design for printing by following the printer's operating instructions.
- Check the printing and drying temperatures of the inks; when printing on an HP Latex plotter, set the drying temperature to 70°C.
- Cut the heat transfer vinyl immediately after printing with a 65° blade.
2) Heat transfer
- Weed out any excess material
. - Place the heat transfer vinyl onto your garment. Remove the backing film to reveal the adhesive side.
- Pre-press your garment for 3 to 5 seconds at 150°C to remove any creases or moisture.
- Position and press the design onto the fabric (previously protected with a Teflon sheet) at 150°C for 15 seconds at medium pressure.
- Peel off the heat.
- Press again for 5 seconds.
Precautions for use:
- Carefully follow the instructions specified on the garment.
- After pressing, wait 24 hours before the first wash.
- Washing: 60°C max. inside out, do not use harsh products (bleach…).
- Dry cleaning: no
- Ironing: inside out
- Suitable for the cotton cycle in the dryer
