Give your markings a 3D effect with 500 micron 3D Silicone! This silicone flex has a matte surface and is soft to the touch.
This is the perfect flex material to add dimension to your custom designs.
Furthermore, its thickness prevents sublimation from bleeding through onto already sublimated polyester fabrics.

Recommended fabrics:
- 100% Cotton

Cutting notes:
- Always test the cut before any production run.
- Remember, cutting parameters should be adjusted according to blade wear.
- For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1.5 mm for lettering and logos.
Application instructions :
- Temperature: 150°C
- Time: 10 seconds
- Pressure: Medium
- Peel: Cold
- Re-press: 5 seconds
- 3D Silicone - 500 is not recommended for multi-layer applications.
Care:
- Machine washable up to 60°C. Do not bleach
. Tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
