Ideal for beginners or experienced screen printers, this screen will allow you to easily create your designs with high-quality results. The mesh size determines the amount of ink that passes through the screen to be deposited onto the substrate (t-shirt, ceramic tile, etc.). To achieve a fine finish, you need to use a screen printing screen with a very fine mesh.
Mesh size options:
- 43/61: For logos, thick inks (white, glitter, or metallic) and a bold or thick finish.
- 77/90/110: For fine details, thinner plastisol inks or water-based inks and a soft finish.
Créadhesif Tip: To prevent your screen from moving when applying the emulsion, hammer a nail into the wall just above the screen to hold it in place or use our stand .

Our aluminum screen is suitable for screen printing on textiles or paper.
Made in the USA, this frame is stretched with high-quality, single-ply polyester fabric and constructed from 6063T5 alloy.
Each frame is hand-cut and welded to ensure a tight seal, then sanded for perfect flatness.
