This all-in-one DTF unit:

• Distributes the adhesive powder evenly
• Automatically removes excess
• Melts the exact amount needed directly onto the print

Functioning

• Powder application system: a rotating brush evenly applies the hot melt powder.
• Shaking system: a vibrating lever removes excess powder from the film.
• Drying & polymerization: 6 infrared quartz heating tubes ensure even drying and optimal fixing.
• Automatic rewind: automatic induction function for smooth winding.
• Cooling: 3-fan cooling system.

This machine allows for uniform and flawless powder application on the film. The reservoir and application system have been optimized to reduce the number of reloads.

The operator's work is made easier thanks to thetouchscreen control panel . Simpler to use, this powder applicator allows for high-quality markings in a more open space and at a lower cost.
