With the development of this new clamshell heat press, Secabo is launching a modular system that offers a multitude of possibilities. You'll benefit from greater flexibility thanks to easily interchangeable components. The new LITE models can be equipped with lower or heated platens as needed.
The TC7 LITE heat press is a modular, electromagnetic clamshell-opening press with a 40cm x 50cm. You can perform other tasks simultaneously with your press with complete peace of mind, thanks to its automatic opening system. The pressing process can be interrupted at any time by pressing a button (for example, for pre-pressing textiles). The temperature and pressing time can be easily selected using thedigital display. The pressure adjustment dial makes setting the pressure quick and easy depending on the substrate being printed. The control unit, heated platen, lower platen, and frame can be disassembled and replaced in just a few simple steps.
The TC7 LITE heat press can be used on T-shirts, mouse pads, puzzles, ceramic tiles, and all other flat surfaces using Flex, Flock, transfer paper, sublimation, and screen printing. The new press offers ease of use thanks to its electromagnetic mechanism and increased productivity thanks to automatic lifting at the end of the timer. You'll enjoy all the convenience of a pneumatic press without the hassle of using a compressor.
This Secabo heat press can be optionally equipped with interchangeable platens of various sizes, as well as a membrane platen, a quick-change system, and a sliding carriage for use as a double-platen press.
The membrane platen allows you to easily process textiles with buttons, zippers, seams, etc. The TB7 heated lower platen minimizes platen marks and is recommended for delicate textiles and white toner transfers.

To protect your upper heating plate and ensure better heat distribution, you can find Teflon sheets or covers in a 40x50cm format.
To elevate the area of your fabric you wish to press, consider using Teflon cushions (available individually or in sets) that allow you to heat only the desired section.
Highly recommended for fabrics with buttons, zippers, or delicate textiles.
