Topcut is an , no-weeding transfer paper for dark to black cotton or synthetic fabrics.
Perfect for small and medium series with an average durability of 40 washes, TOPDARK30 transfer paper offers a fine and elastic result very close to screen printing.
It is used with OKI laser printers (see the list of compatible printers below). The Topdark perfectly cuts letters and drawings with solid colors and images with gradients, except for very light colors (halftone up to 30%).
A4 and A3 formats are sold in packs of 100 sheets A & B, i.e., 50 sheets A + 50 sheets B
The A4 kit contains 20 sheets of A & B paper, i.e., 10 sheets of A paper + 10 sheets of B paper.
Instructions for use:
1 - Insert paper A into the laser printer tray using the heavy or thick paper function (121-188 g/m²). The side to be printed is the one with the bottom right corner. Once positioned, print in mirror image.
2. Place the blue mat (for the kit) in the center of the lower platen of the press. The white line should be facing upwards. Then place a Teflon sheet on top and press at 140°C for at least 120 seconds. Afterward, remove the Teflon sheet.
3- Place your printed paper A in the center of the blue mat.
4. Then place your paper B on top. Position the small white rectangle in the upper left corner of the paper so it can be easily removed after pressing. Finally, use a sheet of Teflon paper and press at 140°C for 70 to 90 seconds, using medium to high pressure. Once warm, remove paper B directly using the small white rectangle.
5- Place your textile on the lower platen of the press, place your print (paper B) on top, add your Teflon sheet and press at 140° for 22 to 25 seconds with medium to high pressure. Once cool, remove the paper.
6- Press your printed textile covered with the Teflon sheet one last time for 5 to 10 seconds.
Quick tip : wash your garment inside out at a maximum of 40°C. Do not iron. If you use a tumble dryer, use a low temperature setting.
