Preparation:
Ready-to-use adhesive. Thoroughly mix the ink before use.
We recommend using Amex SCREEN SOL QT BLU as the photoemulsion.
Application:
It is necessary to print on a screen with a maximum resolution of 34 threads/cm. We recommend extending the adhesive a few tenths of a millimeter beyond the perimeter of your image.
Drying:
The transfer should be dried at 120-130°C for a maximum of 60-90 seconds.
It is important to carefully check the drying temperature to ensure the ink fully hardens.
Conversely, a temperature that is too high or a drying time that is too long will alter the properties of the adhesive.
Transfer application:
170/180 °C for 12 to 15 seconds. Pressure: high, 4 bar.
For successful transfer, perform a cold peel.
Cleaning:
Wash the tools with a solvent.
This transparent plastisol glue can also be used with flock finishing sheets.
In the case of making multicolour screen printing transfer sheets, you must first apply your plastisol inks one after the other, allowing drying between each colour (120°C-130°C for 60 to 90 seconds), you can optionally add a white backing, then finish by applying your layer of white adhesive glue (120-130°C for 60 to 90 seconds).
Your screen for applying the adhesive should be slightly larger than your image.
To improve the elasticity and mechanical resistance of your transfer, you can apply a first coat of transparent ink.
Finally, to further enhance the adhesion of your transfer, you can add hot melt powder.
