What is flocking?
Flock printing is a technique that involves cutting out a heat-sealable material (which adheres under the action of heat) called Flex. This material is then transferred onto the textile using a heat press.
This technique is ideal for printing on workwear or sportswear because Flex has exceptional wash resistance. You can also customize all types of materials and colors and add the effects of your choice: smooth, velvet, metallic, glitter, rhinestones, neon, etc.
Production costs
The purpose of this sheet is to provide you with a cost estimate to help you assess the feasibility of your creative projects. It is not exhaustive and can be adapted to your needs, equipment, and requirements. If you have additional expenses, you can certainly add them to this calculation base (labor, software, various accessories, etc.). Similarly, if your costs are lower than those listed, such as textile materials, you can adjust the costs shown in the table.
